What is Human Performance Consulting?
It is
partnering with our clients to enter into the training
decision process much earlier. It is considering all the
influences upon a client’s workforce performance to plan
a path that will optimize their human resource. It is
engaging our clients in a consultative relationship
exchanging information and ideas to ensure the workforce
has the skill and knowledge required to do the job
safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Does Emerson Process Management have any experience with
this?
Consultants are an accepted resource in industry using
their experience and expertise to achieve significant
change in areas where the client does not have
particular expertise. Emerson Process Management
division Electrical Reliability Services (ERS), has
experts in their Training Services office who have been
performing human performance consulting for years. ERS
has used Educational Services’ personnel to add process
control to the human performance consulting
services. While there are a large number of components
