  • Cross compensation of up to 3 external measured gases

FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS
The HYDROS® 100 Thermal Conductivity Analyzer contains a newly designed measuring cell that combines short response times with minimized influence on flow variation. The cell contains two separate gas paths each equipped with two thermal sensors. One gas path is used by the sample gas, the other is used for reference gas.

Although the HYDROS® 100 is equipped with only one channel it may be configured to alternatively measure a second gas mixture, display the values and distribute them via a second analog output. The BINOS® 100 F, BINOS® 100 2M, CAT 100, CAT 200 or MLT Series simultaneously measure two gas mixtures.

For thermal conductivity detection, selectivity is certain only for binary or quasi-binary gas mixtures – multi-component mixtures are commonly encountered in practice. The HYDROS® electronic compensation system can compensate up to 3 interfering gases if the measured gas concentration is available as an analog input signal.
