FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS
The Rosemount Analytical Model 3200HP pH sensor is designed for the accurate measurement of pH in low conductivity water (>0.4 µS/cm). It is well suited to analysis of condensate, boiler water, and feedwater in power plants or any industrial boiler.

The 3200HP employs a unique reference electrode called the pHaser® to achieve accuracy of ±0.05 pH with very little drift. The heart of the pHaser® reference electrode is a laser-drilled flowing capillary liquid junction that is largely immune to error caused by electrical junction potential.

The 3200HP includes a stainless steel solution ground electrode housing a resistive temperature detector for automatic temperature compensation and diagnostics. The system is mounted on a durable back plate and includes the combination sensor with flow cell, electrolyte reservoir, and calibration cup holder.

OPERATION
The 3200HP is easy to use. Calibration is accomplished by means of the familiar two buffer technique and requires no verification by a referee instrument or exchange of parts.

The only required maintenance is replenishment of the electrolyte solution every 2-3 months. The reference capillary disc is also simple to replace should it become fouled by suspended solids or by prolonged exposure to atmosphere.
