Brooks Service Suite
The Brooks Service Suite is a Windows-based application that provides expanded control of Brooks Smart II Digital Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) and Mass Flow Meters (MFM) for servicing tasks that include setup and configuration, troubleshooting, and tuning and calibration.
To access this software you must have Windows XP or Vista environment. If your computer meets this system requirement, click the link below and follow the instructions on the install wizard. If you have any questions, please contact your local Brooks representative or factory for assistance.
Note that this software does not work without the proper USB security key.
