Return Policies
Please be advised that in compliance with all applicable Export Control Regulations including UN, U.S., EU and local regulations/orders/resolutions in force in our country and/or the country from which the Goods or Servcie will be exported, we must be informed of the Country of Final Destination, name and address of Your Customer, name and address of the End User and the End Use/Application.

New-And-Unused Versus Used Equipment
Only equipment that has not been removed from the original shipping package will be considered new and unused.

All other equipment is considered used. Used equipment must be completely decontaminated and cleaned before being returned. All foreign substances that have come in contact with the equipment must be documented.
