Return Policies
Brooks Instrument’s return procedures help us provide a safe working environment for our employees. These procedures must be followed to meet the legal requirements of applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Failure to follow these requirements may result in your equipment being refused delivery.

Return procedures and all required forms are provided below. To return equipment, read the appropriate procedure or contact the Brooks Instrument Customer Service Department nearest you:
Global Headquarters (Hatfield, PA): 888-435-4365 or 215-362-3500 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Silicon Valley Response Center (Fremont, CA): 510-440-1139
Austin Response Center (Austin, TX): 512-873-8000

New-And-Unused Versus Used Equipment
Only equipment that has not been removed from the original shipping package will be considered new and unused. .

All other equipment is considered used. Used equipment must be completely decontaminated and cleaned before being returned. All foreign substances that have come in contact with the equipment must be documented.

Get An RMA Number
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any equipment to Brooks Instrument for any reason. To obtain an RMA number, use Brooks' online RMA Tool.
