This course is for individuals who are responsible for designing, installing, calibrating, configuring and troubleshooting FOUNDATION (TM) fieldbus instruments using a PlantWeb Builder. This class is a combination of previous courses 7030 and 7031.

This 5 days course covers the integration of FOUNDATION fieldbus compliant devices using the DeltaV System. Upon completion of the course the student will be able to design, install, calibrate, configure and trouble shoot a fieldbus system that includes a FIELDVUE Digital Valve controller, a Rosemount 3051 pressure transmitter, a Rosemount 3244MV temperature transmitter and the DeltaV system. The student will use these fieldbus instruments and fieldbus compliant function blocks to build a pressure control loop utilizing “ control in the field” and to learn the fieldbus wiring practices.
