This course is for all those who are likely to have to deliver a businesslike presentation in a professional manner during the course of their working career.

This 2 day course is suitable for all levels of personnel, but is particularly intended for those in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Service departments. It is designed to provide an awareness of the skills required to produce and deliver a professional presentation. Lectures, discussions and practical sessions involving student participation are used on the course. Students who successfully complete this course should be able to:

  • Evaluate audience needs and understanding of the topic
  • Develop a structured lecture with good supporting visual aids
  • Create a positive personal presentation
  • Deliver a clear logical lecture
