HOURS OF
OPERATION
Office hours are
7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Class begins at 8:00 am.
NAMES
The name that appears on
this letter will also appear on all correspondence throughout the course. If
your name needs correction, please contact us at (780) 468-5463.
MESSAGES
If you need to be
contacted while attending class, people can contact you by leaving messages with

MEALS PROVIDED
If you require
special meals, due to dietary restrictions, let us know and we will try to
accommodate your particular needs. We provide a morning and afternoon break as
well as a hot lunch. If you are attending a full week course, Spartan takes the
students out to lunch on Thursday at the Moose Factory Steak House. We welcome
students to invite their spouses that have accompanied them to join us for
lunch.
MEDICAL
If you are on any special
medication or have a medical alert need, please provide us the details to ensure
you receive the best assistance needed should it become necessary.
PARKING AT
SPARTAN
Students may park in the Visitor Parking located against the front of the
building or in the front portion of the first row.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is the
responsibility of the student. If flying into Edmonton, you can obtain a car
rental at the airport. There are also shuttle vans and taxi cabs that can
transport you to your hotel. Costs vary in price, but there is an information
center at the airport that will be able to answer any questions.
AIRPORT DISTANCE
Approximately 27 km
to the Spartan office.
Recommended time allowance for
travel and check in is 45 minutes.
