If you have trouble playing Breeze files
the first thing you should do is update your flash player to
the latest version. I suggest that you re-install Flash
Player. This link would take you to the Uninstaller and

Use the steps that follow as your guide in
re-installing Flash Player:
1. Download and run the Flash Player Uninstaller
(see the operating system and browser specifications).
2. After uninstalling, click the Installer link.
This takes you to the Flash Player installation page. Click the
Install Now button.
3. View the presentation again. See if you'd get the
same problem.
