Devices - Digital
Type DL3

|
The Type DL3 Digital Level Transmitter is designed to sense the level of a liquid, the level of
an interface between two liquids, or the density of a liquid in a vessel, and
produce a standard 4-20mA analog output signal proportional to the process
variable. The DL3 is HART® compliant. The
transmitter comes complete with a wafer-style sensor which can be flange-mounted
to the top of a vessel or installed in a customer-supplied cage or chamber.

DLC3000
Series

|
Type DLC3000 Series
digital level controller/transmitter uses the 249 Series displacer-type Level-Trol® sensors. The displacer sensor
measures changes in liquid level, specific gravity or interface level, and the
instrument transmits an electronic signal that is proportional to the
changes. The displacer is contained in a rugged cage for mounting on the side of a tank,
or the displacer can be suspended in a tank without a cage.

Pressure
Controllers (Pneumatic) - Differential Pressure
C1

|
The energy
responsible C1 pneumatic controller continues the strong reputation
of Fisher® 4150 and 4160 Series pneumatic controllers for robustness
and reliability. The C1 succeeds these industry-recognized products.
The new patent pending design can reduce steady-state air/gas
consumption to as little as 1/10 that of the previous products.
C1 Series controllers compare sensed process
pressure (or differential pressure) with an operator-adjusted set
point, and send a pneumatic signal to an adjacent control element
that maintains the process pressure at or near the set point value.
C1 Series transmitters sense process variables and send out a
pneumatic signal, usually to an indicating or recording device that
directly indicates the process measurement. Sour gas service
capability: NACE-MRO175-2002.

Controllers (Pneumatic) - Differential Pressure
Types 4150K
and 4160K

Wizard® II
controllers and transmitters are used wherever durable, dependable, and simply constructed
pressure-sensing instrumentation is required. These controllers compare a sensed process
pressure (or differential pressure) with an operator-adjusted set point, and send a
pneumatic signal to an adjacent control element that maintains the process pressure at or
near the set point value. Sour gas service capability: (NACE) MR0175.

Pressure
Controllers (Pneumatic) - Differential Pressure
4194 Series

|
The 4194 Series differential pressure
indicating controllers show process differential pressure and set
point on an easy-to-read process scale. The controllers, part of the
versatile Wizard® family of pneumatic instrumentation, sense two
different pressures and compare the difference between these
pressures with an operator-adjusted set point. A pneumatic signal is
then delivered to a control element to change the process
differential pressure toward the set point. The controllers use a
capsular element for differential pressure up to 30 psi (2.0 bar).
They are available for proportional only, proportional-plus-reset,
and differential gap control. The controller is also available with
anti-reset windup, internal auto/manual station, and remote set
point adjustability.

Temperature
Controllers (Pneumatic)
Type 4156K &
4166K

|
The 4156K and 4166K Series
Wizard® II temperature controllers provide rugged and economical solutions to temperature control in many applications, particularly in the chemical and oil production industries. These pneumatic instruments are available for proportional-only, proportional-plus-reset, and differential gap control. They measure process temperature with a gas-filled temperature bulb immersed in the process fluid and compare this temperature to an operator-adjusted set point. The controller then delivers a pneumatic signal to a control element that maintains the process temperature at or near the set point.
