Our Version 2.0 services are:
System Card Upgrade.
Send your System Card to our Instrument & Valve Services Center.
When you receive the upgraded card, simply insert it in the Communicator,
power up the unit and follow the simple prompts. Of course, your
configurations will be saved and restored.
Handheld Unit Upgrade.
Service Center
Send in your unit and we will save and restore your configurations, and the Communicator will be tested and ready to go
when you receive it.
Onsite
You simply provide our technician work space in your shop. He will remove the 375 System Card from your communicators and
perform the upgrade. In addition, he will re-insert the System Card into the 375 Field Communicator, power up the units.
The updated unit will be ready to use when he is finished
Handheld Unit Upgrade with Easy Upgrade
Renewal.
Service Center
Send your Unit to your local Instrument & Valve Services Center. We will save and restore your configurations, and the Communicator will be tested and ready to go when you receive it AND Easy Upgrade will be renewed for three years.
Onsite
This is the same as the Handheld Unit upgrade – Onsite AND with this service, the Easy Upgrade license in the unit will be renewed for three more years. The updated unit will be ready to use when you receive it. Also you will receive a free Graphical (EDDL) Option if you purchase this service option before December 31, 2007. Total Value: > $1,300!!
