Emerson's Instrument & Valve Services quality
assurance program, applicable to the assembly of new products, trim,
and valve repair, uses ASME Section VIII Appendix 10 and ISO 9002:1994
as guideline standards. Implementation is monitored through the
use of self-audit checklists.
Our valve repair procedure includes a strict detailing
of the standard valve repair process from receipt through shipment.
Compliance to standards is documented at each stepfrom inspection
through testing. Although the process is stringent in its detail,
its flexible enough to address any unique requirements our
customers may have.
