The first
practical Coriolis mass flowmeters, introduced by Micro Motion, Inc., in 1977, set new
fluid measurement standards. Micro Motion Coriolis flowmeters were the first to provide
direct, accurate, on-line measurement of mass flow, which is critical for controlling many
processes. Micro Motion has expanded Coriolis
technology to include highly accurate on-line density, temperature and viscosity
measurements for a wide variety of applications, including custody transfer.
Micro Motion, from Emerson Process
Management, offers an extensive line of Coriolis
products which includes sensors for measuring hazardous and corrosive materials,
high-temperature fluids and sanitary products. Micro Motion transmitters
feature our latest with MVD™ Technology.
Micro Motion, with its 170,000 square foot headquarters in Boulder, Colorado, is an international company with manufacturing facilities in The Netherlands, Mexico, China and Japan. Our computer controlled flow lab, sophisticated X-ray facility, modern R&D labs, and efficient production lines demonstrate our continuing dedication to Coriolis technology and to making the highest quality products.
