Micro Motion ELITE Coriolis Flow and Density Meters

Best two-phase flow capability for batching, loading, and entrained air applicationsFlow Rate Entrained Gas Chart

Through extensive research and understanding of the dynamics of measurement in entrained gas conditions, Micro Motion has achieved improvements to the designed and performance in its ELITE meters to deliver the best performance in these challenging applications. By understanding and addressing the four key design elements that impact two-phase flow measurement – processing speed, signal processing, sensor stability, and sensor design – Micro Motion has made groundbreaking entrained gas measurement improvements.

For accurate measurements of fluid with entrained gas, filling and loading, slug flow detection, batching from empty, and much more – count on Micro Motion ELITE to perform best.

Best Practice: Micro Motion recommends eliminating two-phase flow processing but understands sometimes it is part of the process, there are times when it is needed for desired end-product consistency, and times when it is unavoidable and enters the process. Regardless, performance on two-phase flow is highly dependent on fluid properties and flow rates; to maximize entrained air performance please contact your Emerson flow expert.
