Ultrasonic Measurement & Control System
For Level and Flow Applications

Mobrey has launched a family of ultrasonic non-contact level systems, aimed specifically at applications in the environmental water treatment industry.

The MSP900 transmitter is a HART compatible 2-wire loop powered 4-20mA transmitter, factory sealed for sump and wet well control, operating over a range of 12m/39ft.

Optional MCU900 Control Units provide full control and functionality with five configurable relays and a 4-20mA re-transmitted signal. A local display and wizard assisted programming make these wall or panel mounted controllers very easy to commission and use.

    Features
  • ATEX II 1/2 G (EExia)
  • MCU will accept and provide control functionality from any 4-20mA or HART transmitter
  • Full menu of pre-programmed algorithms for level, contents and flow measurement
  • MSP transmitters up to 12m/39ft range
    Applications
  • Measurement and display of level, volume or mass of liquid in any tank shape
  • Inventory control
  • Open channel flow measurement
  • Control of pumps in effluent sumps and pits
  • Flow through flumes and weirs
  • Differential level across screens
    Benefits
  • 4-20mA signal from MSP proportional to level, contents or flow-feed direct into control PLC
  • MCU provides low cost alternative to local PLC or controller if required
  • Choose ultrasonic, hydrostatic or radar level transmitters for maximum reliability
