Mobrey has a comprehensive range of suspended solids and sludge density monitors for use in municipal and industrial water and effluent processes.

Both our microprocessor based, ultrasonic pulse continuous sludge blanket level monitor and our ultrasonic HART compatible suspended solids density monitoring and control system are low maintenance and have sensors to suit most sludge/slurry types. Our suspended solids products are able to measure sludge and supernatant level and give sludgeblanket alarm.

MSL600 Sludge Blanket Level Monitor
The MSL600 sludge blanket level monitor is a microprocessor based system. The MSL600 uses the sonar principle, with an ultrasonic pulse transmitted under water, allowing it to analyse the pulse of ultrasound which transmits vertically and reflects from the surface of the sludge.

MSM400 ultrasonic solids density monitoring and control system
The MSM400 solids density transmitter comprises a control unit and either a tank mounted sensor or pipe section with integral sensors. It is easily programmed to suit site conditions and comes complete with a range of user selectable calibration settings for simple initial set-up.
