Asset Reliability Services: Turnaround
Planning and Management
 Turnarounds
are unavoidable. You need to shutdown the process for a period in
order to gain better quality, throughput, and availability. In
addition, you hope to reduce future expenditures on operations and
maintenance, utilities, waste, and rework.
Our Asset Reliability Service engineers will hold a kickoff meeting
to identify the assets affected by the turnaround and determine what
service they need. As a team, we will define your critical success
factors for the turnaround, which may include safety and quality
requirements, documentation, reporting, etc. This leads to the
generation of the General Customer Specification document, which will
be used throughout your turnaround to deliver exactly what you
specified. Then, we plan your detailed work schedule and make your
turnaround runs smoothly and on time. In the end, we will conduct a
post project review, grading our results based on the General Customer
Specification document.
