The Application of Technology initiates your predictive maintenance
program by making sure your AMS Suite application is setup correctly
and able to get information distributed throughout your organization.
Some of these steps may include database development, equipment
monitoring and data collection, data analysis, and reporting for a
sample of plant equipment.
PlantWeb Service experts focus on the AMS™ Suite family of
applications, which currently include:
- AMS Asset Portal™ provides reporting, analysis and
decision-support via secure access to mechanical equipment, process
equipment, instruments, and valves
- AMS Device Manager provides for predictive diagnostics,
documentation, calibration management, and device configuration of
intelligent field devices
- AMS Machinery Manager determines the condition of your
mechanical equipment through online and route-based equipment
monitoring, data management, and data analysis
- AMS Performance Monitor is a web-based equipment performance
monitoring service that produces validated information concerning
the operating performance of process equipment
In addition, PlantWeb Service experts can also reduce operations
and maintenance costs, as well as improve quality, throughput, and
availability by working with you on the following:
- AMS Suite and predictive maintenance technology deployment which
may include installation, registration, user management, database
