has made Diagnostic and Support services more effective and
affordable. You can enjoy the full benefits of an advanced program.
Your program effectiveness and viability can be maintained and
increased, even if your company is struggling with shrinking or
refocused resources. Even if your company already has strong programs
in place with existing personnel, Diagnostic and Support services can
increase plant coverage.
Diagnostic and Support services include:
- Diagnostic interpretation and reporting is performed by
technology experts who know what caused equipment to fail. By
reviewing diagnostic information, experts who know what to look for
and provide testimony to a specific level of corrective action for
things like vibration spectrums or valve signatures.
- Monitoring and analysis can be done onsite or remotely.
Diagnostic and Support service experts can check-up on your assets
on a scheduled basis.
- Ongoing program management puts service experts in your
maintenance and reliability shops to lead and perform diagnostics on
mechanical equipment, electrical systems, process equipment,
instruments, and valves.
- Coaching and mentoring consists of educational training and
experience with your company’s process and equipment. An onsite
mentor provides understanding to root cause failure and guides
maintenance and reliability personnel in best practices.
- Hardware and software technical support can be provided either
24 hours a day, or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM your local time, or on an as
needed basis. A technical expert with your hardware or software can
answer your questions to solve your current problem.
