FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS
The BINOS® 100 / 100 M can combine one IR channel
with either another IR channel (BINOS® 100) or an
electrochemical oxygen sensor (BINOS® 100 M) in one ¼
19" housing.
Like all the BINOS® 100 Gas Analyzers, the BINOS® 100
100 M offers a serial interface (RS 232 C or RS 485) for
communication and external control of analyzer functions.
Eight digital outputs allow threshold monitoring (two
thresholds for each channel) and control of external
valves (e.g. for use with an optional external
autocalibration unit). Three optional relays report the
actual analyzer status (NAMUR).
Flue gas analysis in boilers and power plants
Detection of MAK values (human protection) at workplaces and food stocks
Internal combustion engine emissions
Oxygen monitoring for burner efficiency control
Metallurgical hardening and process gas
Safety measurement in flammable mixtures
Quality control for natural gas distribution
