MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
Rosemount Analytical maintains a greater service presence than any other
supplier. Our maintenance programs provide both preventive and corrective
measures to assure continued performance/operation of your equipment. Certified
Emerson Process Management field technicians can conduct these measures
exclusively or in conjunction with your on-site personnel. We can provide
service on demand at hourly rates or through fixed-fee maintenance
agreements.

APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT AND CERTIFICATION TESTING
Rosemount Analytical provides expert consultation to help you successfully apply our solutions to your
particular application. We will take you through installation, startup, testing and documentation to
help you solve your analysis problems and keep your process in compliance with applicable regulations.
FIELD ASSISTANCE
Rosemount Analytical also provides start-up and operational assistance as
needed. Our field engineers are certified in accordance with applicable industry
standards and are highly skilled in problem solving. For immediate assistance,
contact our Customer Support Center. A trained
professional will accurately record all pertinent information and immediately
contact a qualified service representative. The service representative will
contact you to assess the situation and will provide immediate assistance over
the telephone or schedule a service visit if required.
REMOTE MONITORING
Many of Rosemount Analytical's instruments can now be monitored remotely. Using
PlantWeb® and the latest PC-based
technology, plant personnel can access critical process and analyzer-specific information from a
control room or an off-site location. For example, our gas chromatographs, oxygen analyzers and fan/damper
drives (actuators) can be monitored remotely via Emerson Process Management's
Asset Management Solutions (AMS). For a more comprehensive solution, we can team with the Emerson
Process Management Services organization to provide remote monitoring capability for a wide range of process
automation equipment.
