Rosemount Analytical's Complex Hardware/Systems Maintenance Program ensures the optimum performance of your complex hardware/systems from startup. We offer a complete range of services for a smooth system installation and commissioning. These services are designed to ensure the specified performance at both start-up and peak operation of your facility and are designed to optimize accuracy and uptime for your complex hardware/systems. They include: Start-up - Instrument calibration procedures make sure your system and analyzers perform as specified. These procedures include a number of tests, checks, and internal instrument adjustments. Parts are not included. NOTE! Start-up does not include Commissioning Assistance. Commissioning Assistance - Working with you to meet government regulations. The time required to commission a system could be in days to weeks. Warranty Extended - An optional add-on to Rosemount Analytical's standard warranty, Warranty Extended provides you with an additional one-year warranty period. These include four (4) periodic maintenance visits per year. The Warranty Extended begins when the Rosemount Analytical's standard warranty ends. Parts are included. Periodic Maintenance - An analyzer site inspection is scheduled periodically depending on the specific requirements of your operation. During these visits, your Rosemount Analytical representative performs required minor repairs (significant repairs could require an additional charge) or calibration to ensure that your analyzers continue to operate within specifications (could be an additional charge). The Periodic Maintenance plan requires a minimum of two visits a year. Pricing does not include parts. However, with two visits per year a 2% discount on parts is included and with four or more visits per year a 5% discount on parts is included.
