Gas Division Basic Hardware Maintenance Program
Rosemount Analytical's Basic Hardware Maintenance Program ensures optimum performance for your basic
hardware from startup. We offer a complete range of services for a problem-free installation of your
basic hardware. These services ensure the specified performance of your facility at start-up, during
peak operation, and are designed to optimize accuracy and uptime for your
basic hardware. They include:
- Start-up - Instrument calibration procedures make sure the analyzers perform as specified.
These procedures include a number of tests, checks, and internal instrument adjustments. Parts are not included.
- Warranty Extended - An optional add-on to Rosemount Analytical's standard warranty, Warranty
Extended provides you with an additional one-year warranty period. These include four (4) periodic maintenance
visits per year. The Warranty Extended program begins when Rosemount Analytical’s standard warranty ends.
Parts are included.
- Periodic Maintenance - An analyzer site inspection is scheduled periodically depending on the
specific requirements of your operation. During these visits, your Rosemount Analytical representative performs
required minor repairs (significant repairs may require an additional charge) or calibration to ensure that
your analyzers continue to operate within specifications (could be an additional charge). The Periodic
Maintenance plan requires a minimum of two visits per year. Parts are not included. However, with two visits
per year a 2% discount on parts is included; with four or more visits per year a 5% discount on parts is included.

- In situ oxygen analyzers (World Class/Oxymitter/3081FG/4081FG)
- Model 5100 CO analyzer
- Pneumatic power positioners
- OPM 2000/2001 Opacity Monitors
- Model 880 NDIR Analyzers
- Model 755 Oxygen Analyzers
- Model 400A Hydrocarbon analyzer
- Model 951A NOx Analyzer
- NGA 2000 analyzers
- NGA 2000 MLT Series Analyzers (based on each sensor)
