The objective of Rosemount Analytical, Liquid Division's Right Start service
is to ensure the installation and commissioning (start-up) of your instruments
goes as smoothly as possible. A Factory-Certified Service Specialist provides
expert installation assistance, commissioning and calibration services. Package
also includes one-on-one or small group informal training so that your technicians
are proficient with your new Rosemount Analyzer after he/she has left.

| CONTINUOUS CARE PACKAGE |
The objective of the Continuous Care Package is to help extend your
instruments life, ensure optimum performance and cut maintenance costs. We do it
with Planned Maintenance visits to your facility. Our Factory-Certified Service
Specialist will provide factory recommended preventive maintenance and
calibration services on a regular interval basis. Further risk management
protection can be obtained by adding our optional extended warranty to your
Continuous Care Package.

USP 24, ISO 9000 Documentation NIST Traceable Calibration Certificates
Comply with USP 24 requirements for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology customers,
as well as for those striving for ISO 9000 Certification, we will perform
certified calibration services in accordance with our written Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP). You will receive NIST Traceable Calibration Certificates (with
data) and a copy of our SOP for your files.

| EXTENDED ONE-YEAR FACTORY WARRANTY |
|
Available through our Continuous Care Package, it provides an extra peace of mind to
your managed maintenance program. Added on to our standard one year warranty, you are
guaranteed your new Rosemount Analytical Instrument will be free of problems for two
years or it will be factory repaired, or replaced if necessary for free. Call our

Need repair work done? Our in-house Factory Certified Technicians will get you up and
running in no time. Each technician goes through a vigorous training program which
enables him to get to the heart of the problem fast. At Rosemount Analytical customer
service is priority number one. For emergency response, just ask for a RUSH*. Typically
the RUSH Repair will be returned within 24-72 hours.
