Notes for SupportNet Plus registration:

  • To register a customer for SupportNet Plus, you must also place a purchase order (see OED II, page 7-R).

  • SupportNet Plus customers ("subscribers") have the ability to view all tickets for other users in their company. This will only work if all users have SupportNet accounts with exactly the same company name. Therefore, you should resubmit this form for each intended user at the company who does not have a SupportNet account. 

  • ROCLINK Ownership: For a subscriber to view the password to unzip downloaded ROCLINK files, proof of ownership of one copy of either ROCLINK for Windows or ROCLINK 800 is required.  Provide this ROCLINK serial number (or the number of a purchase order for ROCLINK) in the last field above.
