Emerson’s Rosemount division, a global leader in the design and manufacture of precision measurement and control instrumentation for the process industries, has an exciting career opportunity as a Lean Enterprise Project Manager based at our Chanhassen, MN location.
This Global Strategic Operations position will provide project management in the application of lean and/or six sigma tools that support organizational goals in lean enterprise.
Job responsibilities will include:
Combine extensive experience and knowledge of lean/six sigma tools to analyze a wide range of problems and formulate solutions to business objectives.
Provide leadership on project teams tasked with reducing cycle time in total value streams - from quote to cash
Serves as an expert resource for six sigma and/or lean enterprise solutions
Provide leadership for identifying training needs in the organization
Provide lean support to all groups within the world areas as needed
Identify opportunities and delivering solutions for metric improvements such as ITO, ROTC, RDSL, Cost Reductions and Quality
Minimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess a BS in Business or Engineering from an ABET accredited program. Lean /six sigma training required. An MBA is strongly preferred. A minimum of 6 to 8 years applicable experience required. Graduate work or advanced degrees may be applied toward experience requirements. Lean and Six Sigma training required.
