In the Design Engineering role, you will develop and/or provide engineering support in the development of technologies, products and/or processes to meet cost, schedule and performance goals.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Applies technical expertise, commensurate with formal training and moderate job experience, in the development, design, and redesign of products and or processes.
• May be assigned as a project leader or project team member involving the coordination of manufacturing, quality, and purchasing activities on assigned projects.
• Assist marketing pro providing technical, cost and schedule information.
• Administer technical procedures; Assure Engineering Information System, Drafting Standards, and other design standards are met.  Approve drawings and Bills of Material.  Initiates and approves engineering change authorization.

Qualified candidates must possess a BS in Engineering from an ABET accredited program.  A minimum of 2 years applicable experience is required.  Graduate work or advanced degrees may be applied toward experience requirements.
