Job responsibilities will include:
Plan, measure, and set daily work assignments
Hiring and training of staff
Write and deliver annual Performance Reviews
Write and deliver warning for disciplinary actions when necessary
Participate in cross-functional process improvement teams
Minimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess a 4 year technical or business degree with 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
