Emerson’s Rosemount division, a global leader in the design and manufacture of precision measurement and control instrumentation for the process industries, has an exciting career opportunity as a Senior Design Engineer based at our Chanhassen, MN location.
This position is a Senior Design Engineer in the Pressure Engineering group responsible for new product development and improvements.
Job responsibilities will include:
Mechanical design support of existing and new products
Develop, qualify and implement product improvements and extensions
Support development and design of new products
Resolve quality issues
Identify and implement product cost reductions
Minimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess a BS in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program. A minimum of 5 years applicable experience required. Graduate work or advanced degrees may be applied toward experience requirements. Previous supervisory experience is desired.
