The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support for assigned Emerson Process Management products.
Job responsibilities will include:
Provide technical product support both pre and post sale
Support quality initiatives
Support product development and customer advocacy
Provide field trouble-shooting support
Support training activities
Maintain understanding of general business practices
Minimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess a 4 year Engineering / Technical degree and 4 years of relevant experience, OR 4 year Business degree and 6 years relevant experience, or 2 year Technical degree with electrical/mechanical emphasis and 8 years related experience.
Strong initiative to execute job responsibilities, strong written and verbal communication skills in a technical environment, strong organizational and teamwork skill.
