Emerson’s Rosemount division, a global leader in the design and manufacture of high-precision pressure, temperature, level and flow instrumentation, has an exciting career opportunity as a Business Systems Analyst, based at our Chanhassen, MN location.
The Business Systems Analyst will participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of global product business systems. From our Chanhassen site, we maintain databases in the US, Singapore, China, India, Germany, Russia and Brazil.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Support of global implemented systems including documentation, end user training, and analyzing and trouble shooting systems issues.
Participation on Operations project teams to develop the business system for new products, product extensions, or product improvement.
Participation on business system project teams and development of requirement definitions, design documentation and test plans.
Developing automation for maintaining systems.
Maintain and insert quality data in Business Systems
Minimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or technical discipline.
Desired Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a logical thinker and problem solver. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access. Experience with Visual Basic and Oracle is a plus.
