Primary Responsibilities
We are seeking an Inside Sales/Technical Support Representative to join our world class Customer Service Center in Chanhassen, MN.
Primary responsibilities include providing insides sales/technical support for Fortune 500 clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, power, food and beverage and oil and gas industries. This individual will handle pre and post-sale activities; product information and bid proposals; application and start-up assistance; trouble shooting; providing outstanding customer service to new/existing accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements include:
4-year degree in Industrial Technology or Distribution or a BSME, BSEE, BSCE or related Engineering discipline.
Exceptional time management and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Previous technical, inside sales or call center experience is a plus.
