VACATION

PROFIT SHARING / RETIREMENT PLAN
Rosemount’s Profit Sharing Retirement Plan is designed as a retirement savings program. The plan gives employees an opportunity to share in the profits they help make. Since 1975, the Rosemount annual company contribution for each participant in the plan has been above 10% of base wages. This is an excellent way to save for retirement! Eligible employees can participate on a pre-tax basis. Company contributions are made annually based on profitability. Employees can invest in a variety of fund options.

FLEXIBLE HOURS
Rosemount offers a variety of flexible scheduling options to help employees balance the demands of work and home life. Individual schedules can be established with supervision and are based on mutual benefit for the company and the employee. Options include day, evening and weekend hours, flexible start and stop times, telecommuting and part-time hours.
MEDICAL/DENTAL INSURANCE
We provide a choice of health plans at an affordable, shared cost. The company and employees share in the premium contributions. See plan summary for coverage detail.
COMPANY-PAID LIFE & AD&D INSURANCE
Rosemount provides full- and part-time employees Company Paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance coverage equal to two times their base salary.
OPTIONAL TERM LIFE & AD&D INSURANCE
Employees may purchase additional Term Life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for themselves and family members.
LONG TERM DISABILITY
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to purchase Long Term Disability Insurance. This plan pays up to 60% of an employee’s base wage if totally disabled because of illness or injury after a 60-calendar day waiting period. This plan is coordinated with Social Security and Workers' Compensation. Benefits are payable to age 65–70, depending on when the disability occurred.s
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
Flexible Spending Account Programs are provided for reimbursement of both Health Care expenses (those expenses not covered by the Insurance Plans) and Child Care expenses. You may elect to contribute up to $3,600 per year for Health Care expenses and up to $5,000 per year for Dependent Care expenses. These benefits are administered through Horizon Agency.
COMPUTER REIMBURSEMENT
Full-time employees are eligible for a partial reimbursement of expenses associated with purchasing personal hardware and software. Rosemount will reimburse 30% of the purchase price up to a maximum of $500 per full-time employee in a 3-year rolling period. Part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week may receive up to $250 on a rolling three-year basis.
COLLEGE SAVINGS PLAN-SECTION 529
The Putnam College Advantage Program is a savings program that enables individuals to save and invest on a tax-favored basis in order to fund future college and graduate school expenses of a child or other beneficiary.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Rosemount sponsors a broad range of educational and developmental programs that help employees reach their full potential in their current jobs and to prepare them for additional responsibilities within the company.
Tuition Reimbursement: The Company sponsors a tuition reimbursement program. Full-time employees are eligible for $5,250 on an annual basis. Programs and courses must be approved in advance. Part time employees are eligible $2,625 per year.
Scholarships: To assist with the education of employee's dependents, the company finances a variety of scholarships each year. This program is available to children/dependents of employees who have three years or more of service with the company.
Training and Development Resources: In house courses and workshops that help employees improve their knowledge and skills are offered based on employee interest and company need. We also pay for job-related outside seminars, conferences, and workshops.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
Employees, spouses and dependents are encouraged to use the Employee Assistance Program for assessment and referral for a wide variety of personal and professional issues. The first three visits can be free. Use of the program is confidential.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS
The professional and personal well-being of employees is important to us. A variety of activities are available including lunch-time seminars, health club discounts and classes such as smoking cessation, weight management and aerobics.
In addition, we have recreation facilities which include a pavilion, horseshoe pits, tennis and volleyball courts, and playground and picnic area. We also provide exercise rooms free of charge for all employees to use.
EMPLOYEE CLUBS
After-hours social activities are available through the employee recreation club. Bowling, golf, running, skiing, snowmobiling, and softball are a few of the 15+ employee clubs that we currently have. Our employee club also provides discounts to hotels, services, merchandise and travel.
ADOPTION ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance is available to eligible employees to help with expenses incurred in the adoption of children. Rosemount will reimburse up to a maximum of $2,500 for each adoption per family.
