The Rosemount Difference
In order to displace the transmitter volume from 0-100% span, the diaphragm seal requires slightly more fill fluid behind the diaphragm than the transmitter. Otherwise, the seal diaphragm will ‘bottom-out' before reaching 100% of span. Rosemount lowest volume transmitters are best suited for diaphragm seal attachment; a low volume transmitter enables a low volume high performance diaphragm seal. Rosemount 1199 seals are ‘custom fit' with optimized fill fluid volumes engineered to displace Rosemount transmitters ONLY. Rosemount 1199 features low volume flanges, low volume capillary fittings, and a unique high performance diaphragm pattern. It is important to note that P I Components Corp. manufactures unique designs exclusively for Rosemount 1199.
