The Rosemount 3420 Fieldbus Interface Module provides a connection between Foundation Fieldbus field devices and any host system with Modbus^® RTU serial interface. Now any plant with a Modbus capable host system can take advantage of Foundation Fieldbus technology including multi-sensor instruments and  advanced diagnostic capabilities.
