ProPlate and Mass ProPlate Flowmeters 

Rosemount Inc. is pleased to announce the introduction of ProPlate & Mass ProPlate high accuracy in-line flowmeters.  ProPlate and Mass ProPlate are the latest solutions in the Rosemount differential pressure flow family and incorporates either the Model 3051 or the Model 3095 MV transmitter with the Model 1195 integral orifice primary element. The flowmeters are introduced to service applications in the ½ inch to 1½ inches line size market.

ProPlate and Mass ProPlate flowmeters provide many performance and cost savings benefits. For example, reliability is improved by eliminating impulse lines, thereby reducing the possibility of plugging or freezing. Accuracy is refined with optional honed pipe sections, which provide tighter pipe ID tolerances and reduced wall roughness. Procurement costs are reduced through the use of a single purchase order and point of contact. Additionally, The units are delivered pre-assembled, leak-checked, and pre-calibrated, ready to install.
