Rosemount can provide you with a complete solution for your temperature measurement needs. In addition to our temperature transmitters, we offer a large selection of high quality temperature sensors, thermowells, connection heads and accessories.

RTDs
Rosemount platinum RTD Temperature Sensors exhibit a highly linear and stable resistance versus temperature relationship. Our sensors are successfully used in industrial environments where high accuracy, durability, and long-term stability are required.

Rosemount also offers sanitary platinum RTD sensors that conform to 3-A^® Sanitary Standards, and feature product contact surfaces designed for CIP food processing applications. They are available with either Tri-Clamp^® or Cherry-Burrell^TM (I-Line) endcap designs.

Calibration
Sensor calibration is performed in our NIST-certified calibration labs, and is available with most Rosemount RTD sensors.

For optimal temperature measurement accuracy, transmitter-sensor matching is available for RTD sensors used with Rosemount Models 3144 and 3244MV temperature transmitters.

Thermocouples
Rosemount Thermocouples are manufactured using ISA Type J, K, E or T wire with "special limits" of error accuracy. Our thermocouple junctions are fusion-welded to form a pure joint, to maintain the integrity of the circuit, and to ensure the highest accuracy possible.

Thermowells
Rosemount Temperature Thermowells provide sensor protection in a wide range of materials and body style.

All Rosemount thermowell bodies are machined from solid bar stock. Thermowells are available in flanged, welded, and threaded styles. Standard materials include 316SST, 304 SST, and C1018 carbon steel. For corrosive environments, special materials such as Monel^®, Hastelloy^®, and Inconel^® 600 are available.
