To assist our customers to use these instruments in safety applications, Rosemount Inc. has contracted with independent companies to complete Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analyses (FMEDA). These FMEDA reports were completed per international standards for Safety Instrumented System applications per IEC 61508.
