The objective of Rosemount's Continuous Care Service Program is to maximize the ROI on your Rosemount instrument. We do it with Planned Maintenance Services that help you keep the instrument operating within its specified accuracy, maximize its uptime, and minimize maintenance and repair expenditures. Depending on the instrument involved, Planned Maintenance Services may include the following:

  • Hardware Upgrades

  • Spare Parts Management
  • Resident Technician Agreement

Product Refresher Training is also offered as part of the Continuous Care package. Tank Measurement Systems

Keep Your Tank Measurement System Up and Running with Minimum Effort, Maximum Performance

Rosemount offers several Planned Maintenance programs designed to optimize the uptime of your Tank Measurement System. Contract for any or all of these services:

Site Inspection: the Key to Maintaining Accuracy.

System Site Inspection is scheduled approximately every six months depending on the specific requirements of your operation. Periodic visits ensure your system transmitters continue to perform within specifications.

Remote Support: Prompt Troubleshooting and Solutions.

Rosemount furnishes and installs a modem enabling a remote connection between your system and our service support facility. Through this connection, Rosemount service personnel can provide you with:

  • Real-Time Problem Analysis
  • Off-Site Backup Support
  • Configuration Restoration
  • Hard Copy Backup

ISO 9000 Documentation: Make it Easy to Meet Traceability Requirements.

Your Rosemount Representative provides you with documentation that details current operational values, indicates changes made, and provides test equipment identification for traceability to our standards lab. This documentation lets you meet both ISO 9000 and OSHA requirements.

Hardware Upgrades: Keeps Your System Operating with the Latest Advancements.

Rosemount factory-certified technicians are tuned in to the leading edge of system technology. They keep you informed about the availability of new developments that can improve the reliability and performance of your system.

Software Upgrades: Keeps You Operating with the Latest Technology.

Your Rosemount Support Representative monitors upgrades to your system software and puts you on path to receive the appropriate revisions and latest enhancements. (This service is limited to one upgrade per year which also includes a site inspection.)

Archive Configuration: Backup Protection for Your System Parameters.

At the end of each visit, your Rosemount Support Representative makes two backups of your system configuration data, including all transmitters and HIU parameters. You keep one, while the other is stored at Rosemount as your off-site protection.

Spare Parts Management: Maximum Uptime with Minimum Inventory.

We compare a historical evaluation of your system with that of many other systems to create a recommended spare parts and consumables inventory. Following this guideline, you can make sure critical parts are stocked and immediately available.

A Continuous Care Agreement Protects Your Investment at a Reduced Cost

Optimized performance at a minimized cost is achievable through Rosemount's Continuous Care Agreement. Through this Agreement, you receive priority service that keeps your Rosemount instruments in top condition. And since your Rosemount Continuous Care Agreement is planned and budgeted in advance, the rates are less than normal per-call rates.

We tailor your support agreement to help increase the reliability, efficiency and production of your process. Designed to meet your specific requirements, your Continuous Care Agreement can provide you with one or more of the following:

  • Scheduled Site Inspections
  • Emergency Visits
  • Refresher Training

  • Analysis of Installed Instruments

Scheduled Site Inspections: Ongoing Attention Optimizes Instrument Operation

You reserve visits by knowledgeable, experienced Rosemount personnel to fit with your facilities' schedule. Scheduled service dates receive top priority.

Our support staff utilizes special test equipment to maintain your Rosemount instruments over their full working life. This regular attention to routine maintenance and preproblem diagnostics dramatically minimizes downtime and the need for emergency service.

The Emergency Visit provision of your Continuous Care Agreement ensures you of high priority service in emergency situations. Spare Parts Management

Another way to avoid unnecessary downtime is with Rosemount's Spare Parts Management program. With this program, you can plan and maintain on-site or off-site parts inventories that are available as you need them.

Analysis of Installed Instruments
