The Response Center's advanced, computerized call-handling system dramatically improves response time. When you call the Center, you are asked for your phone number or Rosemount Site ID number which is entered into the system. Your complete site and product performance history, and other applicable information is immediately displayed to the Center's coordinator and provided to the specialist handling your call. This speeds the process by minimizing the number of background questions required.

We Make It Easy.

Our National Response Center makes sure that when you need help, access is at hand. Through the Center your call is handled by a qualified service coordinator who can schedule a service call or site visit, or put you in touch with your service representative or a technical specialist when needed.

When you request a service call, your request is recorded into the system quickly and automatically. We notify your local support representative electronically who will then return your call promptly and confirm his or her scheduled arrival.

Guaranteed Special Attention When Your Process is Down.

One of the objectives of our National Response Center is to ensure that when Rosemount equipment is the cause of downtime, we get you up and running as quickly as possible.

When a service call is required, the nearest support representative receives a priority page through the Center. The Center then tracks your call to guarantee that we resolve your problem quickly and efficiently. A special escalation procedure is built into the system to ensure that this takes place. If your request is not being handled as quickly as the procedure dictates, local, regional and corporate management teams are notified.
