Facility and Experience:
Emerson’s St. Louis manufacturing facility consists of 65,000 square feet allowing assembly and testing of large modules in the shop. Emerson has fabricated modular assemblies utilizing various types of pipe including: carbon steel, stainless steel, fiberglass, aluminum, lined, fused
PVDF, PVC, Teflon, and those approved for lethal service. Emerson
also has in-house orbital tube welding equipment for fabricating all welded systems.

· Primary Focus - Design Build Fabricator of Industrial Process and Control Systems
· Staff - Electrical & Mechanical Engineers and Project Managers with over 20 years experience in domestic and export process and control assemblies
· Craftsmen - Averaging nearly 20 years experience in all trades required for project implementation including fabrication, assembly, piping, tubing (including high purity welded tubing), wiring, etc.
