Brief Description of Duties / Minimum Requirements: This position is located in Atlanta. Perform duties assigned by project manager in implementation of process control projects in the process industries (pulp & paper, power, refining, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.). The successful candidate must be able to work in a collaborative environment and must demonstrate written communications skills.
Duties may include:
- Preparation of instrumentation and process control drawings
- Configuration of process control equipment
- Development of control strategies
- Documentation of process control implementation
May be required to travel to process plant sites to perform portions of job assignments.
2-5 years experience in a process plant or process control design engineering environment required. BS + 12 years of related work experience or BS in Engineering or Computer Science + plus 6 years or MS in Engineering or Computer Science + 5 years of related work experience.
