Brief Description of Duties / Minimum Requirements: This position is located in Austin, TX and relocation assistance is available. Travel in this position will be minimal for the PSS division. Should employee begin supporting another division, more travel may be required. Some possible locations include Calgary, AB, St. Louis, MO, Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX.
In the Shared Service Environment responsibilities will include balance sheet account reconciliations, preparation of selected month end closing journal entries, uploading financial statements from Oracle General Ledger to HFM using the FDM consolidation tool, learn & process commission reporting and reconciliations. Support other general ledger accountants during month end close and during absences. Duties also include inter-company analysis, and report writing for Process Systems & Solutions. Other duties as required in a team-oriented group.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years related experience. Problem solving and attention to detail are key skill sets for success. Audit experience, Oracle 11i and Hyperion/HFM knowledge a plus.
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Accounting
