The typical process plant uses all types of 1/4 turn valves, which
through experience are understood and usually selected with ease. All
have their own torque and accessory requirements which must be
understood by the package assembler and addressed in the package design.

Control Chain |

- The Solenoid
- Direct mounted (Namur footprint), high flow
rate (CV - 0.45), rugged, direction control valve with built in
manual override.
Electrical classifications
as required.
- The Actuator:
- Hytork®'s
"XL"
the proven industry leader, state of the art double rack and pinion
operation. Designed with all the flexibility and benefits of the ISO
actuator standards.
- The Manual Override:
- Safety, reliability and ease of operation are
the key design criteria for the Hytork® manual operator. Mountable
above or below the actuation Gear engagement is positive for
operation yet very free running when not in use. Supplied complete
with safety vent valves if required.
- The Bracket & Couplings:
- No weak link here! Valve Automation Center
Brackets are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, no
bending. twisting or off set loading. Corrosion protected and with a
standard serial number recorded design for continuity of package
dimensions. Namur and ISO designed for flexibility and
interchangeability.
- The Valve:
- Plant experience and preference direct the
valve selection, which can be Valve Automation Center purchased or
free issue supplied for automation. When consulted, Valve Automation
Centers extensive experience in the valve field can be a valuable
resource for our clients to call upon.
- The Positioner:
- The Hytork® positioner is a rugged, heavy
duty, corrosion resistant unit that features high performance in
accuracy, repeatability and flexibility of operation. Totally
modular in design, accessories like I/P convertors, limit switches
and feedback transmitters can be added internally to the standard
instrument in minutes.
- The Switches/Sensors:

HyVision switch enclosures are
rugged and highly visible. The feedback switch assemblies are
corrosion resistant, reliable and modular for maximum flexibility.
Namur designed to mount directly to the Hytork® XL actuator.

- Each package is tested for its intended and
expected performance and upon acceptance can be identified with a
permanent stainless steel serial number plate, (which is then
archived).
- Archived Documentation:
- Each locator serial number is computer
archived to provide instant access to past purchases and complete
documentation retrieval. Repeat orders or modifications to previous
packages can be handled quickly and positively.
- Response Delivery:
- Valve Automation Centers manufacture or has
manufactured most of the control package items and also inventories
significant quantities of finished and / or partially finished
elements to provide an unequalled delivery response for standard or
