WHO CAN ATTEND THE CLASSES?
Typically the training classes are for Emerson Process Management Valve Automation,
Inc.
employees, distributors and selected end users only. All applications
for class attendance require authorization from your local Regional
Sales Manager.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
There are no costs for attending any of the
training classes detailed on this site, however, attendees will be
expected to cover all their travel, accommodation and subsistence
expenses.
ARE THERE ANY DRESS CODES?
We recommend that you dress casually as many of the courses will involve
some practical work. Steel toed shoes and safety eyeglasses with
side shields (safety eyeglasses can be furnished by VAD company) are
required for everyone who participates in any of the hands-on parts of
the basic classes and the Service Training class.
HOW DO I GET TO THE CLASS?
It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange their own transport
to the class. Local maps for each of the class locations can be
downloaded by clicking on the links in the "Location" section of the
class schedule listings. In addition to the local maps available from
