The choice of actuator depends primarily on the valves' torque
requirement, and with El-O-Matic you have the widest range possible,
basic model sizes covering a torque range from 12 to 4000 Nm. This
electronic database enables us to select just the right actuator for
you, whatever the valve type: ball, butterfly or plug valve.

Download instructions:
- Save the file to a temporary
directory, ie : "C:\Windows\Temp".
- After download you will see a file
called "El-O-Matic.zip".
- You will need
WinZip
to extract the installation software to a temporary directory ie : "C:\Windows\Temp\elomatic".
- For Windows 9X,
NT4.0 or W2000
go to "Start\Run" and browse to
"C:\Windows\Temp\elomatic".
Select "Setup.exe" and press "OK"
Follow now the instruction on screen.
After download and installation you will have the
El-O-Matic software which consists of two main programs:
- "TOR" for pneumatic actuators.
- "EL" for electric actuator series ELS, EL, ELD
and ELQ
Each program has all the data necessary to carry
out the calculations for a wide range of performance predictions.

Hard disk with about 10Mb available.
A mouse or some other form of pointing devise
is recommended.
But for optimum actuator sizing many factors may
need consideration. El-O-Matic has available all relevant technical data
on practically all the quarter-turn valve manufacturers in the world.
